Help and support
Everything you need to know to prepare your invitation, share it and manage your data.

Sign in with Google or email and password. The editor and My invitations require an account; you can try the landing page preview without signing in.
If you forgot your password, use “Forgot my password” on the sign-in screen. You need to verify your email to publish. If you don’t receive the message, check spam and use the resend verification option.
2. Save and share
Save the draft to keep your work. There is no autosave. Saving does not update the public version: you must publish your changes. Unsaved photos and changes may be lost if you leave or reload.
Anyone with the link can open and forward a published invitation. Don’t include information you don’t want to share. Unpublishing blocks new deliveries but does not delete downloaded copies or visitors’ caches.
RSVPs use an external link, such as WhatsApp or a form. Invitevent does not collect those responses. The collaborative album is linked externally to AlbumDrive.
3. Photos and expiration
The editor offers a cover and two additional photos. Once you sign in, you can check how many photos your account can save; online checkout is not available.
Publication expires 30 periods of 24 hours after the event starts, calculated using its timezone and the first venue with a valid name and time. Changing the draft does not change public availability until you publish.
When it expires, the link stops serving the invitation and photo cleanup begins. Private text and the account are not deleted by this cleanup. If cleanup fails, it may remain pending until retried.
4. Delete an invitation or your account
You can delete an invitation from My invitations: its publication is withdrawn and its content and photos are deleted. If cleanup fails, it stays pending for retry. Minimal technical markers are kept to prevent old requests from publishing or saving it again.
Deleting an invitation does not delete your account. Requests to delete an account and associated data are handled manually; there is no automatic account-deletion button.
Write from your account’s email and tell us what you want deleted. Don’t include passwords, access codes or sensitive information about your guests.
